Have a way to identify new addons

It would be nice to be able to sort addons by release date here : https://playnite.link/addons.html
Or directly in playnite.

Or to be notificed of new addons.
For notification, the easiest way to implement it is probably within playnite :

1. a checkbox to ask to be notified
2. then each time the app starts, it could notify the user if a new addon is detected
