Hi i use the steam tags extension which make it much easier to find a game you're looking for, problem is there are a lot of tags a perfect way to solve this would be ad an option to enable pinning of most use tags kida like steam has

This is handled by Steam plugin, not by Playnite.

also re demos can't you exclude word demo after steam does its thing
