It's really close to Vector/Tuple, but not quite

Yeah, I'd like something like Tuple but with (1, 2) == (2, 1) (for any length "tuple"/LittleSet).

I am coming around to being convinced this is useful.
Getting hash to work should be fine we just do a symmetric operation like xoring the hash of each element.
I can't think of a way to impement == that is good.
