Rename to AreaInterpolation?

It seems more intuitive to me - I had initially called it ArealInterpolation because of the R package, but when typing it's the kind of thing that I can imagine a bunch of users would get confused by.

Oh wow -- I couldn't tell what you were talking about until you pointed that out @felixcremer. I am of the same accord as Felix here, Anshul. Maybe something like GeoInterpolation.jl for now? AreaInterpolations also sounds good (forgot that was the name of the issue 🤦‍♂️ )!
