I know JLLs are the way forward but I thought I'd report this anyway: ericphanson/SDPAFamily.jl#50 (comment). I used BinaryProvider to download and install tarballs into a scratch space, but on WSL a user reported that they don't have the executable bit flipped. I'm trying to work around it by just manually setting that in the build script.
