Internal View: Add an Item to a Category

Purpose
Implement the front end as well as API call to add an item with acceptable units to the categories db.

To Do

• Move this ticket to the In Progress column
• don't forget npm run build in addition to the usual commands
• implement the front end (notice how when + is clicked, there is a new row for units so you can add multiple units for an item at once)
  • you can experiment on figma with the play-like button on the top right
  • there will be max 5 units, so clicking + shouldn't reveal a 6th unit field
• implement the necessary API call to actually add it to the category for when "Add" is clicked
• hide the modal when "Cancel" is clicked
• don't forget to ADD JIYOON AS A REVIEWER TO YOUR PR🙏
• Move this ticket to the Ready for Review column
