Describe the bug
Loading the PS3 Web Browser Landing Page is giving a Error in console:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to PS3 Landing Page with Hyenas running.
Observe the log error in Console.
See error

Expected behavior
No error in console and should have Record.css loaded.

Additional context
This is a known bug till the record.css file is found and restored.
