Add NITA project for Metro Ethernet JVD

Investigate creating a NITA project for a Juniper Validated Design (JVD). Talk to Josemi to see what he has done in the TME lab.

I have discussed with Josemi regarding this "issue" - we are currently exploring the possibility of integrating JV designs into NITA. Our initial suggestion is to select a design and create a container lab or VMM environment. We will then utilize NITA to deploy the necessary variables for the nodes and then use Jenkins to run relevant test cases in Robot to validate the environment. We have acknowledged that the labs cannot be used for traffic flow testing, but we should be able to verify the design requirements such as neighbors, learned routes, and communities. Additionally, we have agreed to wait for the return of @Adrian-STA and schedule calls to proceed thereafter.
