  • Get full technological class in redbook database (incomplete parsing)
  • Clean and integrate into pipe the data collection/parsing procedure
  • Rewrite R-friendly technological matrix construction (mongo -> sparse R matrix instead of old csv -> sparse R matrix)

Bloody hell, just realized that many files had mistakes (few missing lines surely due to concatenation issues), that I corrected at that time but files were still on the server went it burned down...

-> write parsing from mongo for dat files, reprocess xml files (had no mistakes)
