Metadata and File Management

Among communications issues, we sometimes (always ?) used the wrong files from others (Anto from me, me from Anto). Also for reproducibility and transparency it should be crucial to be clean on metadata.

We do not have time now, but on a longer time perspective, implement a methodology (to create) to have a clean file history/list etc, what code produced it (as for figures) (idea : point to commit hash ?) ; and be strictly rigorous with it.
