新版ac娘表情所采用的图床域名失效 #171

http://img4.nga.cn这个域名在网页端无法访问
第一页ac娘表情使用的是论坛自带的标签可以正常显示
而用开源端发送新版ac娘表情，就只能在开源端内显示，网页端以及官方客户端都无法显示
