#13 - merged this. Sveltos will help to distibute credentials from management cluster

Still depends on k0rdent/kcm#823

It seems like a better way would be just using Sveltos ClusterProfile objects like in the example above:
https://projectsveltos.github.io/sveltos/template/template_generic_examples/

We're delivering mothership objects with a chart and now that we pass labels from ManagedCluster objects to CAPI clusters, ClusterProfile can be created by the chart and matched to the cluster by a label.
