This release also defaults to allowing boost clocks to override clock settings when the game/app enters boost mode (as this is the main point of using this fork of sys-clk). This is still configurable, and can be edited to match the default behavior.

Adds a new setting to allow sys-clk to respect Boost mode. This means that loading screens, etc. that set the CPU to 1785MHz and GPU to 76.8MHz will be allowed to do so even if the current profile would set different values. This yielding to Boost mode is disabled by default, but can be configured via the settings ini and/or by using the sys-clk utils app in the hbmenu.
