Text file logging options / cleanup

Idea Description

I'd like to see the logging options cleaned up so that only the most important stuff shows for users unless they are on a high logging level.

To that extent as well, I'd like to see the admin need to dive into the logs as little as possible. If there is something that requires action to be taken, we need that shown in the app.

Some ideas so far:

• The files are already separated by date, so logging the date inside the file is a moot point: Timestamp:yyyy-MM-dd

• Does thread ID serve a purpose in the logs? If we are having threading errors I suspect much bigger issues would be at hand.
