[Bug]: Remediation not working

• I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
• I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

Hi,
We are new to Cipp and we are trying to figure it out.
Our Cipp is fully configured with the 12 Default Cipp GDAP Roles.

There is a lot of Remediation that are not working for us.
It is not the first time I ask you for this, in my last email I asked you about the Remediation for Time Zone that was not working.
I had to remove the remediation from my standard and put it back to be able to configure it but the remediation would not apply it to the tenant.

As my standards were converted from version 6, I tought maybe the issue was there so I did a completely new Standard from scratch.
Here is a list of reported Remediation that do not work.

SharePoint Sharing Restriction is not enabled
Global Quarantine Notifications are not set to the desired value of 7.00:00:00
Transport configuration message expiration is not set to 12 hours
Federation Configuration is not set correctly.
