fps limit and fov can be adjusted in s4_league_fps_unlock.json, setting fps limit to 0 lets the game go as fast as it can
aiadv on discord suggested that direct change to 0x015f4210 causes random issues at 200+ frames, so limit the change to only affect movement speed and jump curve
doing so seems to also remove the slight increase in slope climbing capability at higher frames
