…he Removal Button (ArduPilot#3174)

* Preflight tab - adding new preflight checklist items has been updated to now contain placeholder text so that the full checklist item is visible once added. The load time has been improved with this update by adding a method for specifically adding a new preflight checklist item.

* Update: Added in a more efficient way to remove Preflight Checks in the Editor Form of the Preflight checks.
