Hide ChangeModeButton but show filter mode

In MRT_TableHeadCellFilterContainer.tsx the ChangeModeButton and the Filter Mode: Equals text are coupled by the same showChangeModeButton.

I wish to communicate with clients how the filter works (full-text, between-include) while not allowing them switch.

Limiting the columnFilterModeOptions to length 1 works but the button isn't hidden, leading to confusion.

works if I want to hide all, but more granular control cannot be easily achieved (e.g. by column or by number of options)
