ISSUE

카테고리 컴포넌트 내 각 카테고리목록마다 hover 시 화살표 아이콘 렌더링

1차, 2차, 3차 카테고리 hover 시 모두 화살표 아이콘이 렌더링되어야한다.
1차 카테고리에서 2차 카테고리로 넘어가면 마지막 hover 됐던 1차 카테고리 목록에는 화살표 아이콘이 고정되어야한다.
- 2차 카테고리 목록도 동일하게 적용
상위 카테고리 목록으로 넘어갈 시 화살표 고정 해제
쿠팡 카테고리 로직 참고할 것
