Fix v133 problems, cannot use "min,max,quit" buttons, and cannot unhide tabpanel

Describe the bug

1. the "min,max,quit" button in the top right corner is not recognized as a mouse at all. It doesn't change color when hovering, and of course, it's not clickable.
2. The tab panel hidden by the turn userchrome style off button is not visible when hovering close to it. To be precise, you can see the tab panel extend about 3px between the "Firefox window edge" and the "actual webpage screen", but it seems to be covered by the actual webpage screen.

as you can see, there are very slight transparent yellow color for tab existency.

Hi, I have the same configuration and the same problems.
The problem seem to be Firefox 133.

oh now tab panel has ugly gray color.... on 133.1, darn it...
