Plan for next phase1 & 2 (Support for older versions, Extensions statistics, UI improvements)

Support for older Stable version:

• Support older Slicer release implementing only Midas_v1 interface #48 ( was Create static pages and work with sysadmin to setup redirects)
• Implement legacy server with required API endpoints. ⌛ See https://github.com/KitwareMedical/slicer-extensions-legacy-webapp

Extension statistics:

• archive extensions download statistics for soon to be disabled midas based frontend (available from internal @Kitware network at https://slicer-old.kitware.com)
• ensure web server log associated with new frontend are archived for later processing

Nice to have:

• Display pop-up when user click on "Download" #13
