Run minimized and app/running sensor

Appreciate your work on the Win10As project in Github.
I need your help please....
Is it possible to run the application minimized on startup, if so, how?
I see you've been making several noteable contributions to the project, would you be able to create a build with your latest changes?
I'm also unsure as to how I can implement the app/running sensor in my config. I'm using HASS.IO as my automation server. Does it only work as a sensor to show if the app us running or not or is it a switch?
Would it be possible to assist with the config as the original readme from the author doesn't work.
I am able to run a script to execute a command and run/close and application through MQTT

Hi there,
Realised that the release isn't the most up to date and now I'm using 1_0_0_37 which includes a whole bunch of other features, but it hurts my CPU.
Would it be possible to fix this please?
