Use as Static Site Generator

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This plugin can be used as a replacement for static site generator like Hugo. But currently the build process involves Obsidian GUI and therefore cannot be integrated as part of CI pipeline, like Vercel build or Github Action

Describe the solution you'd like
I guess one can leverage Obsidian Local REST API or Obsidian API to make the whole build process command-line-based. I'm not sure of the workload, but it's really an appealing thing to use Obsidian as a static site generator (what the official obsidian publish does).
