Link broken due to not having internet unable to refresh/delete and create entry

Bug Description

When you have a broken-created entry you are unable to refresh the info to get the one from the web the same as a new one or delete and create another time beacuse it appears error that that link already exists

How to reproduce

1. Desactivate internet
2. Create new link
3. (Optional but what i did) mark as working link
4. Activate internet
   5.1 Try to refresh info from web option does not exist in linkace
   5.2 Delete and create the link but you cannot create it because the link already exists. If you look for it i does not appear

Expected behavior

1. Refresh info button with the same behaviour as creating new link getting info
2. Solve problem of broken links not being deleted properly

You can always delete a link. Just don't forget, that there is a trash which holds the deleted link until you permanently delete it. It's the trash icon in the main menu.
