Thomas Seyfried believes lifestyle factors, not genetics, are key in preventing cancer.

His top prevention tips focus on quality sleep, regular exercise, stress reduction, fasting, managing inflammation, following a ketogenic diet, and maintaining stable blood sugar levels.

He's self-referencing a lot of the claims without any reliable source to support his hypothesis for that to be treated rather as an unqualified opinion from what i can see, though i would like to see some usable research in relation to quality sleep and fasting.. for keto is kinda a mixed bag and i doubt it's any benefit to the health.

Lack of reliable research that is not conflicting with other findings to make a sane conclusion and it's effects on long-term health for me to have a hypothesis that the research that claims benefit is biased due to popular culture as those that have more neutral or negative result seem to be more eleborated.

The provided video seems to contradict this statement.. to be re-evaluated..
