Thomas Seyfried: 30+ Years of Cancer Research, Advocating for Cancer Prevention #115
Comments
He's self-referencing a lot of the claims without any reliable source to support his hypothesis for that to be treated rather as an unqualified opinion from what i can see, though i would like to see some usable research in relation to quality sleep and fasting.. for keto is kinda a mixed bag and i doubt it's any benefit to the health. |
why? |
Lack of reliable research that is not conflicting with other findings to make a sane conclusion and it's effects on long-term health for me to have a hypothesis that the research that claims benefit is biased due to popular culture as those that have more neutral or negative result seem to be more eleborated. |

The provided video seems to contradict this statement.. to be re-evaluated.. |
Thomas Seyfried believes lifestyle factors, not genetics, are key in preventing cancer.
His top prevention tips focus on quality sleep, regular exercise, stress reduction, fasting, managing inflammation, following a ketogenic diet, and maintaining stable blood sugar levels.
