Annoying MikTeX terminal output in Pluto #313

It doesn't happen in the REPL, but it happens after every single plotting cell in a Pluto notebook. I am on Windows 10 so not sure why I am even seeing the message.

Same here (it is not Pluto related), I think it shows every time pgf is used

Seems like a bug in MiKTeX. Maybe it is possible to do a bug report upstream?
