The Gong Solutions Shell Library is licenced under the LGPL.
So no plagerizing or derivatives.. there are lot's of other solution like this via codeproject etc.

Need a good winshell alternative, have already got a breadcrumb bar in the existing toolkit.

Update: I've got the WindowsAPICodePack source code, may be worthwhile looking at that
