Describe the bug
When changing RibbonFileAppTab properties on a State## of a KryptonRibbon, the changes made do not mark the state as modified, which causes the changes to be unused.

Expected behavior
The state should be marked as modified if RibbonFileAppTab properties change.

  • Version: 10.0.19045.5371
  • Framework/.NET Version: .NET 8.0
  • Toolkit Version: 90.24.11.317

Additional context
This can be worked around by modifying anything else, which will properly trigger the toolkit picking up the changed values.

Will need to check if this "Has always" been the case, as it's a designer thing (i.e. Check in >= V85 code bases)
