Catalog DNSPolicy e2e test cases

What

we have two different e2e test suites right now one in the https://github.com/Kuadrant/testsuite repo and another in the https://github.com/Kuadrant/kuadrant-operator/tree/main/tests . We want to consolidate on a single test suite for e2e tests for the kuadrant project.

This means it is solely concerned with the Kaudrant API. We are not looking to take individual component tests into consideration currently.

Outcome

Lets define the test cases we believe should be covered as an absolute minimum for DNSPolicy and then use that and mark off which of those test cases we believe are covered and expand on the list as we discover new ones. They should be catagorised under

• Multi-Gateway
• Single Gateway
