Support fetching from URL with kurra db upload #26

Currently, kurra db upload works on local directories or files. It'd be good to also support fetching from URLs like CDNs. This way, we can avoid having to save the files directory to disk before running kurra db upload.

Some notes:

  • Fetching from a URL implements the optional -L flag to follow redirects
