Regular (bi-weekly or monthly), short (30 minutes) calls can be helpful for keeping work moving and answering questions that need in-person communication. Below is but one possible structure for how to share information about these calls:

Working Group or Project Meetings

This Group / Project has regular meetings (using XYZ video conferencing software or phone conferencing service) for catching up on work, sharing ideas, and discussing any issues. The frequency is [TBD], the length is [TBD], and if there are no agenda items 2 days before a meeting, it will be cancelled.

Every 2 weeks on [Day TBD] at [Time TBD - including timezone information]

Call Information (using XYZ call service)
