Requested Feature/Enhancement

Modify the main ldar-sim run functions such that they are in organized functions

Need for feature/Enhancement

Currently if the LDAR-Sim run script is modified in any way, the E2E creator, E2E run, and the sensitivity analysis script all have to be modified manually.

Problem to solve

Removes need to update different run scripts separately
