I don't understand this PR, if something is wrong with the location of the PHP CS Fixer we should try to fix it, but I think the documentation that you're trying to remove it's still correct.
You're removing an interesting feature like file autogeneration from the documentation

Somehow fixes #6 , misconception and lin3s_cs.yml.dist in this repo were causing some confusion
