Editor Causing Crashes

If I edit my save, it seems to cause crashes within 30 seconds of loading the save. It seems to be editing lines that it is not supposed to be editing. For example, if I edit money that should be a one line difference. However putting my save through a text comparison program reveals multiple lines were edited.

This is with the latest version (1.49.2.8s 64-bit).
