Add an option to hide chapters

Describe your suggested feature

When you hide a chapter, that chapter dissapears from the chapter list and will not show up when you click on go to next chapter when you're reading the novel. Unhiding the chapter brings it back to the chapter list. Similar to how it works in Tachiyomi.

Other details

For novel updates many chapters are shown multiple times due to being uploaded by different groups. A feature that hides the chapter from the chapter list would help to mitigate this issue as we can just hide the chapters from the translation groups that we don't read.
