Implemented notification popups to inform users about deprecated plugins. These popups provide proactive alerts to ensure users are aware of outdated plugins and encourage timely action. The notifications include:

Plugin name and version details
Information on deprecation reasons
Recommendations for alternative plugins or updates
This feature ensures users can transition smoothly to newer versions or alternatives, helping to maintain system stability and compatibility.

Acceptance Criteria:

Display notification popups for all detected deprecated plugins.
Popups should trigger when launching the AT.
Notifications must include:
Plugin name
Reason for deprecation
