Describes the steps to create a Timbl tree for the MBLEM module in Frog.
Assumes the presence of /corpora/FrogData/mblem.lex , the lexicon
based on e-Lex (a lexicon created on the basis of CELEX, and augmented
to cover the CGN corpus). This lexicon has been adapted several
times. The log of those adaptations can be found in
/corpora/FrogData/mblem.lex.patch-history , originally kept as
antalb@chronos:/exp/antalb/cgntaggerlematizer/tst_mblem/00LOGFILE
. The latter directory contains original versions of the code written
for the memory-based lemmatizers of the CGN and D-CoI projects.
The lexicon contains lines with <word> <lemma> <cgn-tag> triples, like
this:

it is very important that the .lex file is sorted in a decent fashion.
LC_ALL="POSIX" will be fine. Do not use LC_ALL="C".

would be BAD, because lower and uppercase 'tegen' are interleaved.
The steps:
1. Create instances from the lexicon.
> makemblem -i mblem.lex -o mblem.data
This program creates 'mblem.data' from 'mblem.lex'
All parameters can be omitted. 'mblem.lex', 'mblem.data'
the option -t 'mblem.transtable' is discouraged!
2. Create the Timbl tree, of the IGTree variety.
> timbl -a1 -w2 -f mblem.data -I mblem.tree
