Change typesense document id to something else than the URL

It is not recommended to save a document with an id that contains spaces or other characters that are encoded in URL's. See typesense/typesense#192 and typesense/typesense-website#37

I was using the URL as a document's id to prevent having duplicate links in the index. Suggestion is to create a unique hash of the URL and use that as id when upserting a document.
