When replacing Filth ensure that the same Filth is always replaced by the same placeholder, e.g. [email protected] is always replaced with {{EMAIL-0}} and [email protected] is replaced with {{EMAIL-1}}.

This was implemented in an old MR that was not merged, but it seems like a feature request. (see #39)
