In other words, when you have something like "Hi, my name is Doug", scrubadub should detect that Doug is a name and replace it with a surrogate name, preferrably retaining gender as appropriate.

@bjlange just shared Faker with me, that might be pretty handy for this sort of thing.

I've added a Filth.generate() function that uses faker so this should be easy to implement in a post-processor now.
