When you have many password, you like to have the most frequently used ones at the beginning, but you can only ad them in sequence, and delete them. Could you add a "move pasword" option, where you will pick your password, and then move it some ordered place. For example my password A is 35/68, and i want it to be 2/68. So I would select "move password" -> "password A" -> "2". And it gets moved there. That way i could sort my passwords without having to retype them all over again.

It's not the best solution, but maybe you could try the password backup tool? You should be able to order the passwords in the backed up JSON file as you like, and then 'restore' the JSON file on thr device. It's basically a way of managing the list on desktop.
