create bin directory with the makefile

make fails unless I create the bin output directory manually.
Would be nice if the makefile took care of that.

still doesn't work for me.
If it was cmake, I could help. But I don't know enough about gnu make.

did you try a make clean before ?

No I didn't. I just deleted the bin folder manually.
Now if I do make clean and then make, it does work.
That's where my understanding of gnu make ends ;-)
