每次打开一个证卷都会弹出 能不能改成配置 或者一天弹出一次

这个页面是iframe内嵌东财的，目前没法去掉。

@giscafer 这个可以本地起个代理然后通过代理请求quote.eastmoney.com的内容，可以移除这个广告，并且后续如果quote.eastmoney.com有什么骚操作，也可以通过代理来做修改，我本地测试已经不会出现广告了，已经提了个pr辛苦看下可以通过不 492
