Contextual menu doesn't update all instances. #96

To reproduce:

Go to the Instances tab
Right-click any number of instances
Click an Update or Convert item from the contextual menu

Only some of the instances update. See video below. It seems to happen on at least the below operations:

Convert to User Location
Update UFO Filename

It only changes the items where the menu is over, this is idd a bit weird
