Feature request: _4G.setTimeFrom4G set time in UTC #32

Change prototype to:

uint8_t setTimeFrom4G(bool utc=false);

So by default it keeps the current behaviour. I've used RTC.getEpochTime(...) and RTC.breakTimeAbsolute(...) to implement this.
