Make sure the model is in your models/text_encoders folder

For me, simply copying the file didn't solve the problem, so I chose to run
git clone https://huggingface.co/PixArt-alpha/PixArt-XL-2-1024-MS
in ..\comfyui\models\text_encoders\ folder
(be advised, the size is ~40.7 GB)
