Lokalise API v1 will be deprecated on 2020-10-30

This plugin is still using Lokalise API v1, which will be deprecated on 2020-10-30.

There is a PR up (#3) which migrates this plugin to Lokalise API v2. If this PR is merged, the plugin will continue working post deprecation.

@Likandr: The API v1 has been removed so the plugin does not work anymore. Is it possible to merge the PR of @hedvigoscar and republish the gradle plugin?

For reference, we were unable to wait for a reply from the maintainer and hence we forked the project and re-published an updated version.
