In the schematic on sheet 4, there are two input dividers - R42/R43 and R44/R45 for VBAT connecting both to IO35. Does the schematic show the actual design?

voltage_measurement

I would have expected that one of the dividers is for supply voltage measurement (VBUS, +5V or 5V) and connects to another ADC input.
