Added section for installing camera drivers for opencv. Moved downloading ML models and deployment instructions to this setup section.

@LimaoC had suggested this earlier but I have converted the demo notebooks into scripts so that they are easier to run on the Pi. Hopefully this means that less memory overhead is used because there is no jupyter lab running either.
Reformatted the readme to have a Raspberry Pi setup section. Added a part about installing camera driver needed to use OpenCV on the Pi.
