Created async posture tracker process manager and routines. #45

Things planned to do after this PR:

move routines.py out of models
make it so that a FrameCapturer object can be given to the posture tracker -- for flexibility between @leadnaut 's camera server, OpenCV and picamera.
Move notebook/scripts into new top-level scripts folder.
